Leather Cushion Washers with 3/8 inch Hole 10 pack

These leather washers are perfect for protecting your paint and are more durable than rubber. The cushioning & dampening effect that these washers provide is perfect for installing between your frame and mounting tabs found on gas tanks, fenders, oil tanks, or anything else you want to protect from vibration. Electronics Tank (Fake Oil Tank)

TC Bros. Custom Chopper/Bobber Electronics Tank that looks like a round oil tank.

The electronics tank is 4.5" diameter and has removable caps (8" long with both end caps installed) for hiding all of your wiring and ignition components while still having access to them. 5/16-18 Mounts are already welded in for you (3.5" center to center spacing) and mounting bolts are included. Parts are made from 16ga steel and are raw finish. The mounting strap is included for you to bolt or weld on. Can fit many other models and applications. The picture shows items mounted on a hardtailed XS650 (bike not included).

The Prism Supply Co. 3/8" NPT Petcock threads directly into a 3/8" NPT bung on your gas tank for a clean, flush look with no external hardware cluttering your build. A 5/16" diameter hose barb on one end and a built-in fuel filter on the other keep your fuel system tidy and protected. Toggle fuel on and off by rotating the cylindrical piece — the fuel line stays stationary while you do it.

We recommend pairing this with 1/4" fuel line for a snug, leak-proof fit.

NPT Compatibility Note

Many custom and aftermarket gas tanks use a 3/8" NPT petcock bung. NPT (National Pipe Thread) is a tapered thread that seals as you tighten the petcock into the fitting. If your tank has a 22mm bung, adapter nuts are available in brass or chrome to convert it to accept 3/8" NPT petcocks.

2.2 Gal Chopper Gas Tank

The tank uses a screw-in-style gas cap and has threaded ports for 1/4" petcocks.

Even though these tanks are pressure tested from the factory. It is recommended to seal any custom tank with a Kreem Tank Sealer Kit before painting. Also, assure there is no stress on the tank mounting hardware when the tank is mounted.

Heavy Duty Gas Tank Rubber Mounting Kit

The TC Bros. universal fit, weld-on gas tank rubber mounting tabs kit is CNC laser cut from 1/4" thick American made mild steel for easy welding.

The CNC machined, 6061 aluminum tophat style spacers and military spec rubber grommets perform under the most demanding rigid frame applications. Included 5/16"-18 x 1" stainless steel button head mounting bolts look great and are very corrosion resistant.

Commonly used with "Frisco" style fuel tanks, these tabs save you a lot of time on your build while providing you with professional quality results. To install, simply weld the tabs to the backbone of your motorcycle frame, insert the rubber grommets and tophat spacers, then the bolts pass through the tophats and thread into the mounting bungs located on the bottom of your fuel tank (not included).

Peanut Tank 2.0 Gallon - Deep Tunnel

Hap Jones 2 peanut gas tank includes a die-cast gas cap and features front and rear tabs welded in place.

Accepts 1/4" National Pipe Thread petcock. *NOTE: Features a deep tunnel. *NOTE: For use with bayonet type die cast scalloped gas cap, early chopper cap we have offered since 1983! *NOTE: Builder must drill a 5/16" hole in each tab for mounting.
